The DEADLINE for our SAME-DAY-DELIVERY SERVICE is 12:00 NOON. After that deadline, SPECIAL MESSENGER DELIVERY SERVICE is generally available for LATE or LAST MINUTE ORDERS. Your orders can be sent around the country or around the world. Our Local Delivery Charges vary according to Time and Mileage. Our out of our delivery area Flowers by Wire Service Charge is $15.99 and up for Domestic Orders Delivered in the US and Canada. The Service Charge for all International Foreign Country Orders is $24.99 with a $80.00 Minimum order requirement.

SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY SERVICE:

FRESH FLOWERS, Plants, and Food Items, CANNOT BE LEFT at someone's door like the Post Office, UPS, or FedEx does. Either EXTREME HEAT or COLD, inclement weather, or an animal, can destroy your gift within minutes. When a recipient is NOT AT HOME at the time of our delivery, your gift will be left in the WARM HANDS of a NICE NEIGHBOR and a TAG will be placed on the recipient's door indicating, which nice neighbor accepted the gift for them. If no nice neighbors are home either, your gift will be returned to our shop for either A PICK UP or a re-delivery on the following day. In all cases, we will call the recipient to advise them of your intended gift and to explore all other pick up or delivery options. In difficult cases, additional service fees will be charged to you, due to any repeated and unsuccessful delivery attempts to include incorrect addresses or telephone numbers for the recipient. Requests for a delivery at a SPECIFIC TIME of DAY such as AM, PM, LATE, TIMED, or AFTER HOURS, is always available via our SPECIAL MESSENGER DELIVERY SERVICE FEATURE at $24.99 and up per stop, if ordered 24 hours in advance. For LATE or LAST MINUTE SAME DAY DELIVERY REQUESTS received after 12:00 NOON, our SPECIAL MESSENGER DELIVERY SERVICE may still be available to accommodate your special needs at $24.99 and up per stop in Westchester provided that, YOU CALL US DIRECT to explore those options.

NATIONAL HOLIDAYS and SUNDAYS:

Your delivery will be made on the DAYS BEFORE a National Holiday and Sundays as all of our affiliates are closed on these days. Please provide us with a valid e-mail address, cell, office, or home phone number, in case we need to contact you. SPECIAL MESSENGER DELIVERY SERVICE is available for Family Funeral Flowers, Weddings, or Formal affairs, provided we are notified 48 hours in advance. The charge for SUNDAY or HOLIDAY SPECIAL MESSENGER DELIVERY SERVICE is $24.99 and up per stop.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International connections require 48 hours from the time you place your order until we can arrange for its delivery, excluding weekends and Holidays. We always ask our overseas affiliates to select their Highest Quality seasonal flowers when filling your order. However, you can request colors and types of flowers and, if in season and available, your choices will be honored. Substitutions of varieties and colors must be permissible based on these factors. International orders cannot be canceled. There is a $24.99 SERVICE CHARGE and a $80.00 Minimum Order for all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

We may ask for a second choice regarding specific items to assure a timely delivery of your gift. We will make every effort to fill your order as close as possible to your original selection.
